Turning Disruption into Opportunity for Growth

This past summer, when Job Corps—the federal education and career training program for young people ages 16–24—faced massive program disruptions and possible closure, Youthful Impact quickly acted.

We launched a hands-on model that kept students’ training, confidence, and career momentum on track.

This proven model has already connected students to real projects and local employers.

Supporters who made this 6 week pilot possible include:

Suds & Shine Car Wash – operations and customer experience

KIPP Academy – hosted a focused learning week
