Aligning for Sustainable Youth Outcomes

We are inviting grantmakers to join a collective effort to support youth aged 14 to 24—especially those facing the greatest barriers. Our belief: when we solve challenges for the most vulnerable, we create better systems for all.

Why This Matters

Justice-impacted youth, young mothers, disconnected youth (in and out of school), and high-potential students disengaged from school are all seeking more meaningful opportunities. We believe we can work together to build education and training pathways that lead to employment in 3–6 months.

Our Vision

To weave together organizations across different focus areas to align around outcomes that give all youth a pathway forward—whether through education, training, mentorship, or direct employment opportunities.

Our goal is to ensure youth have access to what they need regardless of which foundation funds which service. This means co-investing, sharing data, and uniting around results.

Our Key Question

How can we begin aligning grantmakers to support and track education and training pathways that lead to employment in 3–6 months—especially for youth who are undecided, disconnected, disengaged, or seeking more options?

How do we bring foundations with different missions into alignment to generate real, measurable results—especially when youth often need services funded by multiple funders?
